Found more often, by the right people.
A long-running, owner-run San Diego studio with a signature service that Google barely knew about.
01What we found
Several different business names across Google and other listings. A profile that led with a generic category instead of the owner's signature service. No prices anywhere, so people had to call to ask. And plenty of happy customers who were never asked for a review.
02What we did
- One business name everywhere
- A Google profile rebuilt around the signature service
- A simple, fast price page
- Review cards at the front desk
03What changed
Direction requests reached 78 in September, up from an average of about 44 a month in the six months before. That's the +77%.
Profile views reached 938, up from about 660 a month. Nine new five-star reviews arrived between Aug 29 and Oct 13. The studio had 59 in its whole history before.
Google Business Profile monthly reports for August and September 2026, compared with the six months before (divided by six). Reviews counted from Google's review alerts.
04Still to do
More people find the studio now. Turning more of those views into phone calls is the next job. I'd rather tell you that than leave it out.
