I interview your team and list every fix by the hours and dollars it would give back. The cost depends on the size of your team, and it comes off your first month.
If I can't find ten hours a week to save, you don't pay for it. Most companies begin one step earlier, with the free hours audit.

It depends on the size of your team. The full amount comes off your first month, and if I can't find ten hours a week to save, it's free.

No. It's all work the same team does inside your plan. We pick what moves your week most, month by month.
Who pays for the AI tools?
On Steady and Momentum your company pays the tool bills directly, at cost, in its own name. On In-house I cover them.
