To deliver the services you purchased, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. Nothing else. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on this site.
Only the vendors required to operate: Cal.com (scheduling), Google Workspace (email and documents), and Netlify (hosting). We never sell or rent your information.
Anything we see while finding or fixing a named leak is treated as confidential, used only to do that work, and never shared or reused.
We keep records as long as needed for service delivery, tax compliance (typically seven years for financial records), and dispute resolution, then delete them.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing christian@flyde.co. We respond within 30 days.
We use encrypted storage and two-factor authentication on all systems that hold your information.
