How it works

Listening first. Building second.

The technology comes late, and only where it helps.

01Free

The free hours audit.

Six questions about one piece of work, about a minute. A short report opens on the next screen. Then I read your answers and write back within one business day with what I'd look at first, and a quick check of whether ChatGPT recommends your company.

02Paid

A closer look.

I interview the people doing the work and list every fix by the hours and dollars it would give back. You keep that list either way.

The cost depends on the size of your team, and the full amount comes off your first month. If I can't find ten hours a week to save, it costs nothing.

03Month one

Learning how you really run.

Where work waits. Where people retype things. Which reports nobody opens. We fix a few of those right away, so the team feels the difference early.

04Months two to six

The bigger pieces.

We build them one by one, inside your tools. Each one goes live with training, and a person on your team stays in charge of anything that matters.

05What the team does

One AI service team, on one plan. We work on whatever moves your week most.

  • Workflow builds for the repeat work
  • AI visibility, to help ChatGPT and Google recommend you
  • Websites and lead capture
  • Training for your whole team, and one-on-one time with the people who use it most
  • A live page showing what you've saved

06Before anything is automated

Some work shouldn't be automated. It should just stop.

A report nobody reads, a second approval that never says no, a spreadsheet that copies another spreadsheet. I remove those first, and only then build anything.

07What stays human

Judgment, relationships and the hard conversations stay with your people. Someone on your team approves anything that reaches a customer or moves money.

Start with one minute.
