I've sat in a lot of the chairs I now help.

I've waited tables and made cold calls. I've worked in sales and in customer success. At Pleo I ran revenue operations for more than 200 reps in 16 countries, and I built the systems for a nonprofit as it grew from six people to sixty.

I love new technology, and I love people more. Most of my work happens between the two. Something that feels big and unclear becomes small, concrete and calm.
