Five questions for your team on Monday.

Ask your leaders these five questions this week, and have them ask their teams.

1. Which task did you do last week that you'd happily never do again?
2. Where did something wait on you, or on someone else, for more than a day?
3. What did you copy from one system into another?
4. Which question did you answer more than three times?
5. If you got five hours back this week, what would you do with them?

Write every answer down and look for repeats. When the same task comes up from different desks without anyone prompting it, you've found your first project.
